Lewis & Clark Spit-Roasting Competition
Troops or Patrols desiring to participate in the Cooking Competition will prepare
and roast a meat or fowl dish on a spit at the Camporee and deliver an individual
serving to the Judges between 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM on Saturday. The location of the
Judging Area will be announced at the Camporee. The top three recipes will receive
a Commemorative Lewis & Clark Dutch Oven. All food preparation and cooking must be
done only by boys in this competition.
